My previous career in China as a B2B marketing communication professional gives me a comprehensive skill set and hands-on experience in how to convey critical messages in a clear and accessible manner to drive business in the digital era.
Now, I am currently a new graduate of Centennial College’s Public Relations program, pursuing a dynamic career in Toronto.
My career in Shanghai, China has delivered impactful achievements.
I generated digital campaigns and used social media to attract followers to the brand's platforms. The brand’s TikTok launch achieved 40,000 followers and 1.98 million total video views in 18 months, generating more than 100 business opportunities.
I developed communication plans for the Asia-wide top trade show China Print 2021, resulting in more than 500 opportunities, with 301 new customers, accounting for 58.8 per cent of the total opportunities.
I coordinated cross-functional teams to distribute impactful content through internal newsletters, boosting employee engagement by 25 per cent.
I streamlined CRM communication and conducted user training sessions, increasing CRM utilization by 40 per cent and reducing data entry errors by 25 per cent.

I started volunteering for the Friendly Call Program at Red Cross Canada, engaging in regular phone conversations with assigned clients and emphasizing the importance of active listening in effective communication practices.

I commenced studies in Public Relations at Centennial College, where I gained hands-on experience in researching, writing, planning and implementing strategic communication plans.
Spring 2024
During my internship at Ontario Creates, I evaluated traffic metrics for the homepage and the Celebrating Ontario page using Google Analytics. This analysis led to a three-phase critical path that improved project management efficiency, resulting in a 10 per cent enhancement in resource allocation and task prioritization.
